KeyResponsibilities & Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Hands‑on campaign creation, audience building, bid strategy management, and budget optimization
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, pixels/CAPI implementations, and attribution modeling
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
- Experience with A/B testing creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve ROAS
- Strong understanding of funnel strategy, lead quality, and revenue‑driven reporting
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts, industries, and budgets simultaneously
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with SEO, creative, and development teams
- Data‑first mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proactive optimization approach — not “set and forget” campaign management
- Ability to identify trends early and pivot strategies quickly
- Strong attention to detail in tracking, reporting, and budget pacing
- Ownership mentality with a focus on performance outcomes, not just platform metrics
