Job Title: Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Business Analyst
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Business Analyst to support the design and optimization of Revenue Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, streamline revenue processes, and ensure successful CPQ and Billing implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze pricing, quoting, contracting, and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with Architects and developers on RCA configurations and enhancements.
- Support integrations with ERP and finance systems.
- Lead UAT, training, and deployment support activities.
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ & Billing).
- Experience with revenue lifecycle management and subscription models.
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations and financial processes.
- Salesforce certifications (CPQ/Revenue Cloud) preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
