YSI is seeking a highly qualified IT Support Technician for Long term Client. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self‑motivated, and be innovative in a fast‑paced environment.

• Provide functional system administrator support in the application, installation, configuration, administration and testing of information technology systems and equipment.
• Provide support by establishing, manning, and executing troubleshooting services, information assurance, and asset accountability to support end users; forward and track trouble tickets via Service Now, as required, and utilize the current ticketing system to track all work orders and support requests.

• Associate degree with 3+ years of experience
• CompTIA Sec+ certification

Location: Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV

Status: Full‑time

Clearance: Secret (Interim also accepted)

Salary: $55-60K/A with benefits
