Advantage Technical is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Success Engineer (Field Service Technician) in Las Vegas, NV, paying $26-28/hour. If you're a skilled field service professional who enjoys troubleshooting advanced equipment and working directly with customers, this is your chance to step into a high-visibility role.
As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and optimizing HP Indigo digital presses at customer sites. Your work ensures maximum uptime, print quality, and production efficiency. This field service technician position also includes onboarding support, operator training, and production ramp-up coaching to strengthen long‑term customer success.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and commission HP Indigo digital presses
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (AC/DC circuits), and software-related issues
- Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and calibrations
- Deliver on-site and remote technical support
- Train press operators on workflow, maintenance best practices, color management, and quality control
- Maintain detailed service documentation and reports
- Partner with Sales, Applications, and Customer Success teams for smooth customer transitions
- You’ll leverage advanced AI-enabled diagnostics and remote tools to proactively identify issues and streamline service delivery.
- Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of Digital Printing Equipment field service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and multimeter proficiency
- Knowledge of digital press systems and RIP/workflow software
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to travel frequently
