HANA Cloud implementations and IT infrastructure initiatives. Must‑have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered.
- 10+ years of proven project management experience
- 5+ years of SAP project management experience
- Direct experience with SAP S/4
HANA Cloud (private edition) rollouts or upgrades - Experience in Microsoft Azure services
- Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall, or blended delivery environments
- Hands‑on experience with PM tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Microsoft Planner
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex issues for any audience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Skills & Qualifications
Nice‑to‑have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required.
- PMP, CAPM, CSM, or other relevant certifications
- ITIL background in service management
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable plans
- Comfortable writing technical documentation, process flows, or training materials
- Experience coordinating testing efforts, including user acceptance testing
- Exposure to vendor selection and contract processes
- Hands‑on SAP module experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or similar areas
- Interest or experience applying AI tools to improve project efficiency

- Own projects end-to-end — from initial planning through final delivery
- Spot and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource gaps, and cross‑project dependencies before they become problems
- Partner with business teams to map out requirements and streamline workflows
- Keep project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource assignments current and accurate
- Work alongside procurement and legal on vendor evaluations and contract discussions
- Manage testing cycles and make sure deliverables meet quality standards
- Keep documentation up to date — specs, process maps, and user‑facing materials
- Hold the line on governance, security, and change management standards including SOX alignment
- Keep leadership informed with clear, timely updates on status, risks, and issues
- Look for ways to continuously improve how projects are run
