Responsibilities- Research, test and implement new security solutions to address future and current threats.
- Provide support to operational, development and deployment teams and investigate potential security violations.
- Develops, maintains, and supports processes to support the IT Security Framework such as incident management and risk management.
- Perform vulnerability scanning, prioritize risk of vulnerabilities and track remediation performed internally and externally.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents.
- Provide incident reports as part of the incident process.
- Identifies and investigates actual or potential information security violations.
- Performs follow up investigations with written reports.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, and/or related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT Security
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Cloud Technologies
- Experience in vulnerability management and penetration testing
- Experience in managing SIEM solutions and analyze log streams
- Experience in endpoint security solutions
- Experience in Security incident management and reporting
- CISSP Certification is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis and organizing skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- May occasionally be required to work evenings and/or weekends.
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $91,597.00 to $ Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
Additional CompensationThis position is eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.
