Senior Consultant
LocationLas Vegas, NV (Various unanticipated worksites)
Responsibilities- Oversee deliverables and manage complex, enterprise-level Salesforce projects. Act as subject matter expert across scoping, design, build, implementation, and deployment. Lead multidisciplinary CRM consulting engagements and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Create and manage project plans; track progress, adjust schedules, and resolve issues. Facilitate requirements gathering and produce project documentation and deliverables. Provide Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration support. Apply standardized development lifecycle methodology and oversee testing and quality reviews.
Collaborate with architects to design solutions and define system architecture. Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and leverage Salesforce capabilities. Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements for competitive advantage. Support development and testing teams with requirements, troubleshooting, and integration testing. Ensure compliance with IT policies, methodologies, and processes. - Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Position also requires periodic, intermittent travel up to 30% to various worksites within the United States.
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Consultant or in a related position. Experience must include:
Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice (SCV) with Amazon Connect, and Field Service;
Amazon Connect setup, flow automation, omni-channel setup, digital engagement, Einstein for Service with integration to partner telephony systems;
Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to streamline business processes.

SalarySalary range: $116,938 to $130,000/year
