Position: Technical Lead
LocationLocation: Las Vegas, NV (Various unanticipated worksites)
Responsibilities- Partner with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform. Lead and mentor a team of developers and configuration specialists, oversee code reviews, and ensure alignment with best practices while maintaining data integrity and robust integrations. Perform requirement analysis and feasibility assessments, deliver proof of concepts (POCs) and level of effort (LOE) estimates, design and implement scalable solutions, manage deployments, conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high‑quality technical delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Position also requires periodic, intermittent travel up to 30% to various worksites within the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field, plus five (5) years of post‑baccalaureate experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Technical Lead or in a related position.
- Experience must include Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Data modeling and architecture, and Deployment & Release management.
