A Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm is looking for an End User Support Technician to deliver on-site technical support. This role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, responding to service desk tickets, and maintaining end-user devices in a busy environment. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, be able to lift 40 lbs, and work varying shifts. A basic understanding of Apple products and experience with common business software is preferred.

CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
