Director of Program Management

Empire Technological Group Limited dba Aruze Gaming Global is looking to add a Director of Program Management to our team! The Director of Program Management oversees the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional

programs, including hardware platforms, cabinets, operating systems, and tightly integrated game initiatives. This role ensures that all teams involved are aligned to a single, executable plan and that dependencies are actively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the integrated master schedule across hardware, software, games, QA, compliance, manufacturing, and field readiness.
• Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies proactively.
• Enforce stage-gate discipline, including entry and exit criteria and re-baselining when scope or assumptions change.
• Surface risks early with clear options and tradeoffs for leadership.
• Ensure decisions are documented, communicated, and reflected consistently across teams.
• Act as the single point of accountability for program-level delivery commitments.
• Other duties as requested and /or assigned.

• Predictable launches with higher quality and smoother field execution.

Skills:

• 10+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional programs.
• Proven delivery of complex hardware-software or platform-based products.
• Strong experience managing dependencies, risk, and tradeoffs at scale.
• Ability to operate with authority across organizations and cultures.
• Experience with regulated products or global teams preferred.
• MBA preferred or equivalent experience leading complex, cross-functional programs at scale.
