IT Project Manager

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate and lead technology projects across multiple properties. This role supports initiatives related to new properties, business expansion, system enhancements, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements
. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
.

• Manage end-to-end IT projects
  , including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery
• Collaborate with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and external agencies
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand complex operational requirements and align projects with enterprise goals
• Review and approve system changes; develop and communicate change management plans
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  , workflows, and project documentation
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and cost projections
• Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and vendors to ensure successful implementation
• Ensure projects meet regulatory and compliance standards
  , including coordination with government agencies
• Track project performance and deliver status reports, timelines, and metrics to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery
• Promote the organization’s “Beyond the Best” culture and Championship Service Standards

• 2+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or systems development
  , or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project, Visio
  , and related tools
• Working knowledge of SDLC
  , relational database concepts, and reporting/query tools
• Experience analyzing and presenting data using charts, diagrams, workflows, and schematics
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  , including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively

• PMP or other Project Management certification
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage competing priorities.
