• Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills
• Serve as a liaison between field partners and key customers, addressing technical issues
• Deliver technical presentations and provide technical advice to customers and sales personnel
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and complaint resolutions

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
• Strong technology background with customer-centric mindset
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey complex technical issues simply
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device standards

• Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services in the medical device industry
• Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
• Ability to troubleshoot using technical skills and creativity
• Experience with commonly used test equipment like dosimeters and signal generators
• Capability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
