The Role
The VP, Global Analytics and AI COE will define and manage the company’s analytics and AI center of excellence, aligned with business objectives and in partnership with the CDAO. This is a highly collaborative role, involving balancing technical expertise with business insight to drive an effective analytics service operating model. This role leads the development and ongoing management of a global, customer‑facing analytics and AI shared service organization, responsible for delivering analytics‑as‑a‑service solutions that support both internal collaborators and external partners.
The VP will oversee multiple concurrent workloads, ensuring effective resource planning, prioritization, and operational scalability across analytics delivery, AI innovation, and ML Ops. The role also involves translating company goals into an actionable analytics and AI strategy, roadmap, and shared service operating model, promoting the use of advanced tools and platforms.
Strategic Leadership in Analytics & AI
- Translate company goals into a clear analytics and AI roadmap, driving adoption of advanced methods, tools, and platforms.
- Serve as an inspiring leader on emerging AI technologies, finding opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead the development and scaling of AI‑powered dashboards, reporting platforms, and decision‑support systems.
- Drive the use of predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI models to support both business transformation and customer value creation.
- Champion self‑service analytics capabilities for internal collaborators and business units.
- Develop and implement a strategy to provide analytics and AI through a service model for external customers.
- Partner with product, technology, and commercial teams to design, package, and scale customer‑facing analytics solutions.
- Ensure that customer‑facing analytics are reliable, secure, scalable, and differentiated in the marketplace.
- Be responsible for the ML Ops team, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining models in production.
- Establish guidelines for model governance, lifecycle management, performance tracking, and ethical AI use.
- Partner with technology teams to ensure analytics and AI solutions are scalable, secure, and enterprise‑ready.
- Build and lead a global, high‑performing team of analytics, data science, and ML Ops professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning within the analytics & AI organization.
- Collaborate with leaders across functions to embed analytics and AI into business decision‑making processes.

- Proven track record of defining and delivering analytics and AI strategies that drive measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling analytics and AI platforms, including analytics‑as‑a‑service (AaaS) or customer‑facing analytics products.
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies, including predictive modeling, generative AI, and advanced analytics methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ML Ops practices, including model deployment, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Experience leading global, cross‑functional teams across analytics, data science, and engineering fields.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to influence C‑suite partners and translate complex analytics and AI concepts into strategic insights.
- Strong familiarity with modern data and analytics stacks, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Travel expectations:
Up to 25%. - Pay Range: $262,028 – $486,623 per year.
