Position Overview

As a Senior GRV Analyst, you’ll be a trusted partner to the Cyber Security Team owning the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of risk management tools and processes. You’ll act as the subject matter expert on all things GRV, developing and maintaining best-in‑class processes and procedural documentation that strengthen risk governance and support organizational compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and business support for risk management tools within the Cyber Security team.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain risk management solutions—driving efficiency, usability, and compliance.
  • Create, document, and continuously update processes and procedures related to the use of risk management platforms.
  • Serve as the go-to SME and resource for team members on best practices and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor tool effectiveness, identify opportunities for process and system improvement, and proactively introduce enhancements.
  • Ensure all activities and documentation align with departmental and corporate (Venetian Las Vegas) policies and standards.
  • Promote a risk‑aware culture and provide guidance or training as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in risk management.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience designing, deploying, and utilizing a Governance, Risk, and Verification (GRV) solution.
  • Professional certification such as CISSP or GISP, or at least 5 years in a combination of IT and Cyber Security operations (or 5 years in Cyber Ops as a substitute for the certification).
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a subject matter expert for risk management tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non‑technical teams, balancing day‑to‑day support with strategic process improvement.
