In this client‑visible role you will lead Service Now Transformation teams, motivate and develop cross‑functional teams, and build new client relationships. You will be a pivotal bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that emerging solutions meet executive objectives.

• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate proposed business models and processes.
• Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to confirm they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, test, and deploy Service Now HRSD solutions.
• Lead client workshops, facilitation sessions, and design reviews.
• Travel as needed to meet with clients.

• Lead end‑to‑end Service Now HRSD projects, covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and mentor 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
• Provide industry leading best‑practice expertise for Service Now HRSD process implementation.
• Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities to recommend transformation solutions.
• Lead workshops and requirements sessions with business process owners.
• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery, including planning, status reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant Service Now HRSD experience.
• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• At least one of the following Service Now certifications:
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery
• 3+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience leading and supervising teams.
• Valid driver’s license in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

• Performance analytics and reporting experience, including relevant certifications.
• Experience with Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery.
• Experience with Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, AIC, AI Control Tower).
