EY’s Oracle Services practice helps plan, pursue, deliver, and manage large, complex full lifecycle initiatives using Oracle applications and technology. The Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant assists in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex initiatives in the HCM space, focusing on design, configuration and implementation of HCM applications to help run the client’s business. As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure the technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
- Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through responses to RFPs
- Travel regularly, lead project streams, and actively engage with clients
- Collaborate with client business and technology professionals and/or third-party partners to implement technology solutions
- Demonstrate ability to implement and configure software
- Develop long-term relationships and networks internally and externally
- Interact with finance and technology executives and end users effectively
- Analytical thinking and decision-making with a broad understanding of policies
- Ability to guide and develop junior team members
- Proven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship management
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management Solutions
- 4+ years of overall IT project implementations
- Strong knowledge and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management)
- Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Module Lead, or SMR
- Experience in large, multi-geography global transformation assignments; US experience required
- Experience in multiple HCM implementations; preferably co-existence model
- Proficient in understanding business requirements and advising on HCM technology deployments
- Excellent knowledge of HCM features; ability to advise on best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%+ as required by client
- MBA or MS degree preferred, but not required
- Oracle Cloud HCM
- ADP experience preferred, but not required
