Implementation Specialist - Casino Table Game; Las Vegas

Reporting to the VP, Field Operations, the Implementation Specialist coordinates implementations and ensures customers are informed about and upgraded to the latest compliant software versions in an effective and timely manner.

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, and close new implementations and additions to existing installations at client sites.
• Develop implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Schedule implementations, including resource requirements, allocation, and responsibilities.
• Record all projects in the Project Calendar and keep updates as required.
• Collaborate with the Field Technical Services manager to schedule resources for implementations.
• Establish communication plans for all relevant stakeholders.
• Translate firm sales orders into implementation plans.
• Lead or participate in project meetings with client representatives, internal staff, and third parties at various levels of management.
• Conduct debriefings to close out implementations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Request, monitor, and analyze reports from trainers and technical staff.
• Track and manage the resolution of outstanding issues or requirements.
• Recommend process improvements based on industry best practices or experience with other clients.

• A proven track record of successful project implementation in software or systems environments; international implementation experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, written and client-facing skills.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
• Formal training in Project Management methods and techniques is an asset.
• Previous casino/gaming experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to travel as required.
• PMP certification desired or equivalent project management experience.
