JOB SUMMARY

As VIP Marketing Strategy & Innovation Specialist you are expected to understand Caesars VIP programs and strategy, have a project management skill set, be familiar with Agile methodologies, and possess an understanding of Salesforce Administration with the ability to configure, test and deploy solutions in a fast passed iterative environment. You will leverage your ability to articulate that knowledge and write user stories that drive continuous improvement and delivery of VIP capabilities, and marketing product technology.

Additionally, you will be customer driven, collaborating closely with VIP Strategy & Support team members, IT delivery resources, scrum masters, analytics teams, property leadership groups, and vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and intake requests to qualify into a product backlog.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

  • Being an empowered self-starter, self-organizing and working effectively with stakeholders and product team members is critical to the success of the individual in this Specialist role.
  • Assist with end user Cases providing technical support, troubleshooting and overall administration duties on Salesforce/CRM platforms.
  • Acting business analyst resource supporting an enterprise-wide common Salesforce backlog as part of an Agile product team.
  • Work in an Agile, fast changing, iterative and dynamic environment with many different stakeholders.
  • Help to manage the intake process of CRM product enhancement requests from stakeholders, assisting in the collection and writing of business requirements.
  • Write User Stories, Discovery Tasks, Bugs, Support Request, and Acceptance Criteria working closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and members of an Agile Product Team.
  • Ability to listen to end-user desires/requirements and translate those into user stories that inform sustainable, easy-to-use solutions. Intense focus on the “what and why” first before being concerned with the “how”.
  • While designing, building, and testing new capabilities, intense focus on the user experience is paramount to ensure a successful rollout and high user adoption.
  • Strong project management, technical and creative approach to solving problems and troubleshooting end-user requests and issues.
  • Recommend product prioritization to leadership ensuring high potential, high return projects from a company perspective are implemented

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or related CRM certification preferred with experience building and supporting capabilities .
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, hospitality or related areas of study preferred but not required Extensive experience of managing an In-Market sales force working remotely.
  • Experience with cloud-based CRM software, marketing technology or sales systems in a product management environment
  • Professional work experience in project management, casino marketing, or hospitality sales/marketing is encouraged but not required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Project management skillset with the ability to work in a fast-changing, iterative environment with many different stakeholders.
