Position OverviewThe Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding dental professionals for both locum tenens and permanent roles across the country. This is a hybrid position requiring three in-office days per week at our Las Vegas office and two remote workdays.
You will work closely with operations and business development teams to ensure the right professionals are matched with the right opportunities—efficiently, professionally, and with care.
Key Responsibilities- Source, engage, and recruit qualified dentists, hygienists, and dental staff using multiple strategies including job boards, Linked In, referrals, and cold outreach
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, credentials, availability, and overall fit
- Partner with the client services team to understand hiring needs and align recruiting efforts
- Coordinate interviews, credentialing, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for future staffing needs
- Meet weekly and monthly performance goals including calls, interviews, and placements
- Communicate professionally with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience required
- 1–2 years of recruiting, staffing, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Experience using applicant tracking systems preferred
- Familiarity with dental or healthcare roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV three days per week
