SRT Bike Officer

The Bike Officer’s main duty is to monitor and patrol (on bike or foot) all assigned areas ensuring a safe environment for our guests, employees and the company property.

Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

• Patrols all assigned areas to maintain order.
• Escorts trespassed individuals off property ensuring that they have completely been removed from property before continuing to patrol.
• Assists guests in locating lost vehicles.
• Responsible for maintaining assigned bicycle in operating and safe condition.
• Acts as a first responder to all auto accidents including the preliminary investigations and any follow up as required.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or persons on the property grounds.
• Utilizes tactical communications skills and non-physical methods to diffuse potentially harmful or volatile situations.

• A minimum of one (1) year prior Security Bike Officer experience in the Casino/Hotel, Military, Security or Law Enforcement field is required.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the Hotel/Casino industry, preferably in a Security capacity.
• Prior experience as an EMT is desirable but not required.
• Previous bicycle maintenance experience is a plus.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desired.
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal forms.
• A professional demeanor and attire is to be maintained at all times.
