Position: HRIS Coordinator People Culture

Overview

Job Description The Coordinator will assist with day-to-day tasks within the People & Culture (HR) HRIS department. This position is full-time and located onsite at our Las Vegas office.

Responsibilities
  • Assist employees in person, by email, or by phone with general HR inquiries and personnel file changes, including updating marital status, name changes, employment verification, and welfare and childcare assistance forms
  • Assist employees with work authorization reverification including company completion of I-9 documentation
  • Implement HR System transactions
  • Upload vendor information to produce badge numbers and coordinate with management to renew or term vendors monthly
  • Apropriately handle confidential employee documentation, ensuring records are stored appropriately
  • Answer incoming calls and assist or re-direct as needed
  • Assist with monitoring the HRIS inbox, resolving and reassigning issue(s)
  • Maintain department files through scanning, organizing, and storing
  • Compile information requests for compliance, legal, and regulatory entities as needed
  • Present a polished and professional appearance, adhering to Wynn’s presentation and uniform standards at all times
  • Assist the team with various administrative tasks including supply orders and maintenance requests
  • Perform all other job-related duties as requested
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of clerical experience
  • Previous experience in human resources preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for this position
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, in both oral and written forms. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
  • Oracle/People Soft experience preferred
