Join a winning team that now offers Day One Benefits and Daily Pay As a PBX Operator Your Responsibilities Include- Provide efficient and positive communication to all incoming calls by providing timely attention to guest or owners while addressing needs and requests.
- Coordinate guests and owners requests and concerns to departments to ensure completion and follow-up for guest happiness.
- Deliver professional hospitality and information to all guests, owners, and team members.
- Commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is encouraged behavior to be displayed at all times.
- Balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize duties based on importance with ease.
- Assists in maintaining communication equipment such as voicemail, faxes, copies for guests and mail delivery.
- Maintains any pertinent departmental log sheets, checklists and/or reports.
- Assist with other departments as needed and carries out other reasonable requests by management.

- Eligibility:
All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement.
- Related work experience
- Proficiency reading, writing and speaking in English
- Projects a cheerful and friendly tone of voice using detailed enunciation and transparency in speaking
- Understands switchboard procedures and demonstrates ability to operate system with minimal complaints
- Demonstrates perfection in service quality standards that affect guest happiness, responding to guests in a timely and professional manner
- A professional attitude that prevails when handling upset guests and difficult situations
- Able to work a flexible work schedule including night, weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior high-volume switchboard experience
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry
