The Food & Beverage Operations Manager coordinates food and beverage Front of House activities of all Food & Beverage outlets by performing the following listed duties in accordance within company and regulatory guidelines, while maintaining comparable sales growth, profitability, guest service and team member relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Scheduling and supervising all employees on the shift. Utilizing a weekly labor analyzer while meeting required labor goals each period. Ability to write schedules to meet labor analyzer goals.
- Ensure standard operating procedures for supervising all Front of the House F&B employees and the shift are in place and followed resulting in employee motivation and satisfaction, guest satisfaction, and the promotion of the concept.
- Ensuring all food outlets and bars are functional and meet all of the company’s standards and integrity issues on a shift basis to include but is not limited to: cleanliness, atmosphere, service, guest interaction, employee interaction and execution of food, beverage and merchandise sales.
- Ensuring all company polices are adhered to.
- Completing accurate and necessary daily, weekly and monthly paperwork and administrative duties to include but not limited to:
Hiring process, training process, sales tracking, labor tracking, payroll, tip compliance, deposits, inventories, ordering, account payables and receivables and P&L accounting as assigned. - Ensure inventory processes are followed for all outlets, including bars.
- Ability to utilize basic functions and programming of the POS register system.
- Ability to build sales through incentives, contests, and promotions as well as day to day execution of service and the concept.
- Ensure food and beverage areas are within all Health and Safety established guidelines.
- Ensuring the safe operation of equipment and working conditions to prevent hazards and accidents.
- Adherence to all company, state, and federal policies.
- Any other duty deemed necessary by the Director of Food & Beverage that are necessary for the smooth flow, operation and goodwill of the food and beverage outlets.
Must be able to supervise and develop all food and beverage front of house team members on all assigned shifts and communicate well with other departments. Must be able to communicate well in all conditions, and able to respond in a positive manner to guest or team member issues, ensuring all guests receive the best possible experience.
QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including health, fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE3 years experience in a similarly sized Food & Beverage operations. Training, coaching, developing, scheduling and front and back of house experience preferred.

- Alcohol Awareness Card
- LVMPD Non‑Gaming Card
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
