Dining​/Bar Supervisor

Overview

We are hiring for the full-time DINING/BAR SUPERVISOR position at Flik Hospitality Group
.

Location:

Capital One Lounge, 5757 Wayne Newton Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week. More details upon interview.

• Provides first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services and oversight of production.
• Ensures high quality, well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
• Reviews menu and production needs to manage daily functions.
• Monitors staff daily to ensure systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are used correctly.
• Visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.
• Communicates with staff regularly; enforces safety and sanitation standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week). Days and hours may vary.

• Fixed Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
