• Supervise and coach concierge and host positions; serve as primary trainer; work with Spa Managers and Staff in a professional manner.
• Provide courteous and efficient guest service from arrival to checkout. Book, change, and cancel appointments.
• Sell retail offerings available in the Spa.
• Training/coaching: train and maintain established standards for all hosts and concierge; including orientation and training of new hires; create training opportunities for therapists (product knowledge, Forbes, SALT, Brand Standards, CPR, Blood Borne Pathogens, HWU, etc). Assist with delivering annual reviews. Assist with interviewing and hiring, coaching and counseling.
• Scheduling: weekly scheduling of concierge and host staff according to WAPC policy in relation to hotel occupancy and spa needs, including communicating special scheduling needs to concierge/host and management at least ten days in advance.
• Supplies/Inventory: oversees maintenance of all host and concierge supplies and placement of orders according to supply and demand.
