Assistant Beverage Manager – Santa Fe
Station Casinos
Las Vegas, NV | $65,000 – $72,000
Responsibilities- Assist in overseeing the Beverage Department.
- Track product shortages and equipment needs.
- Assist with interviewing and training new Team Members to perform their job duties.
- Manage liquor inventory, scheduling, budget and labor costs.
- Minimum 2 years Beverage Management experience with a high-volume beverage background.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Excellent attention to detail in product, service and the appearance of all operating Beverage outlets.
- Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department.
