Join the sky‑high team at MGM Resorts International as a Corporate Flight Attendant
, delivering world‑class service and ensuring the safety of our VIP passengers aboard private company aircraft. This role is perfect for polished professionals with a passion for hospitality and the ability to remain calm and confident in any situation.
THE STARTING RATE: $45.00 hourly
The Day‑to‑Day- Perform duties assigned by the Pilot in Command, Chief Flight Attendant, or Assistant Chief Flight Attendant.
- Maintain required periodic certification on emergency procedures and AED/CPR procedures.
- Assume complete charge of passengers and aircraft during normal and emergency situations, maintain order and calm in the cabin at all times while the aircraft is under way.
- Provide emergency medical assistance for passengers when required.
- Conduct aircraft pre‑flight procedures and ensure all safety, galley and cabin equipment is ready for the flight.
- Provide superior customer experience for passengers.
- Ensure the catering order is complete and the needs of their particular flight are satisfied.
- Adhere to the flight procedures, including arriving one and a half hours before each flight to adequately prepare for flight and follow the chain of command to resolve issues that arise during day‑to‑day operations.
- Follow Company policies and procedures and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a corporate and/or airline flight attendant required; 3+ years preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
