* Primary Responsibilities:
*** Act as the primary point of contact for client-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
* Thoroughly review event history to ensure accurate contract formulation for ongoing events.
* Master the details of hotel contracts, understanding crucial elements essential for successful event operations.
* Collaborate closely with hotel contacts using Passkey’s Reservation Management System to create and oversee room blocks, including individual hotel and sub-block construction and website customization.
* Skillfully manage hotel block inventory to ensure availability through sell-through dates and address any block pattern challenges.
* Conclude events by reconciling master accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Foster effective collaboration with your designated Housing Coordinator to enhance guest experiences.
* Participate in client meetings and conference calls as required.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high productivity.
* Proactively anticipate and address client needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
* Demonstrate accountability by meticulously reviewing personal and team work for precision and quality.
* Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned.

**** This position requires daily work in multiple systems, including Passkey and proprietary internal software. Success in this role depends on the ability to:
*** Learn software workflows quickly with minimal repetition
* Follow written procedures and apply training accurately
* Maintain high attention to detail with room blocks, inventory, deadlines, and communications
* Self-review work and catch errors before they impact clients, hotels, or guests
* Stay organized while working across multiple screens, browser tabs, and tools--

- ** Salary:**$45,000–$55,000--
- ** Final candidates may be asked to complete a short skills evaluation focused on attention to detail and software navigation.**## Qualifications
** Qualifications
* ** Hotel or Group Reservations, Group sales, Convention or Event Services experience preferred.
* Project management experience including: + Proven ability to learn new software platforms quickly and apply training confidently. + Proficiency with basic computer programming, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Strong attention to detail and data accuracy with a consistent habit of self-checking work. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and system workflows without repeated errors. + Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations + Ability to develop reports and business correspondence in a professional manner
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the sales and event operations as well as clients, customers and the general public.
* Dependable, self-motivated, professional person who works independently with variety of people.
* Experience with Passkey, Reglink/Group
MAX, registration or property management systems a plus.
* Some travel may be required.
