Pay Rate: $20/hr

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering great guest experiences behind the scenes? Do you enjoy problem-solving and ensuring everything runs like clockwork? If so, we’d love to meet you!

• Manage room assignments for all pending and last-minute reservations
• Collaborate with Front Desk and Reservations to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor room inventory and communicate occupancy updates to management
• Identify and report potential overbooking or availability issues
• Respond to guest messages and reviews across online travel platforms
• Maintain accuracy in documentation, reports, and system entries
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest service needs as required
• Provide professional, courteous communication with both guests and team members

• 2-3 years of front office experience; resort or timeshare background preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently or as part of a team
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
