**** THE JOB:
** As a Butler at The Mansion, you are entrusted with the extraordinary responsibility of preparing and personalizing luxury suites for guests, ensuring every detail reflects the opulence of their experience.

Your role involves providing impeccable service, coordinating fine dining deliveries, and maintaining a seamless atmosphere that exceeds guests' expectations and creates unforgettable memories during their stay.
** THE STARTING RATE:** $20.5012 hourly + gratuity    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication
* Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service set-up with special requirements guest may have
* Provide food and beverage service to designated suites; coordinate orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is given and received
* Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that rooms are kept in superior condition at all times
* Maintain butler pantry and equipment to be kept up to company standards
* Perform other job-related duties as requested
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
* Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
* Experience in gourmet and valet service at a luxury resort preferred
* Preferred bilingual or trilingual candidates, with proficiency in languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, French, or others, are highly valued to enhance communication and service for clientele.
