**** THE JOB:
** The primary responsibility of the
** Pool Receptionist
** at the
** Bellagio
* * is to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties. All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.
** THE STARTING RATE:** $14.00 hourly    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
* Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
* Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
* Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs
* Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
* Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
* Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
* Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday
