PT's Tavern Bar Porter

Summary

Cleans bar and equipment and replenishes bar supplies.

• Orders and stocks liquor, beer and pump room supplies
• Replaces empty beer kegs with full ones
• Washes glasses, bar and equipment and polishes bar fixtures
• Sweeps and mops floors and cleans mats
• Maintains sinks, drains and equipment
• Removes empty bottles and trash
• Delivers all products and supplies to bars
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Excellent guest service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Health
• Physical Requirements

• Walking, standing and stooping (more than 50% of the time)
• Working outdoors (75% of the time)
• Vision, speech and literacy (critical)
• Frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate via radios
