Sono Bello is currently hiring Patient Ambassadors. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and a bonus program with opportunities for growth and development. We specialize in micro-laser assisted liposuction and total body transformation. Our surgeons are highly trained in micro-laser technology and perform thousands of body contouring procedures every year.

Patient Ambassadors are responsible for creating the first impression in the patient journey and scheduling a free consultation via phone, SMS, live chat, and email. While the primary role is to schedule consultations at our consult centers and fully accredited surgical centers across the United States, we also work with center team members, clinicians, and surgeons to support our existing patients.

This includes, but is not limited to, sending patient requests for follow up, warm-transferring to the center, and handling non-urgent, urgent, and emergent medical escalations to connect patients with clinicians or an On-Call Surgeon, all while adhering to Quality Assurance requirements.

You must be a self-starter and a highly motivated professional. Please be prepared to share your work experience demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed targets. Although you will work with an amazing team of Patient Ambassadors, this position is remote and relies on individual performance.
