Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Pharmacy Services to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The Vice President of Pharmacy Services will play a critical role in driving the success of our company by overseeing all aspects of our pharmacy services division.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for the pharmacy services division
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, including budgeting, staffing, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy services
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers
• Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for new services or improvements to existing services
• Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Analyze financial data and make strategic decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in pharmaceutical technology and make recommendations for implementing new systems or processes
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote our pharmacy services and network with potential clients

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field;

  D) preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmacy services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry trends
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in financial analysis and budget management
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical technology and systems
• Ability to travel as needed for conferences and client meetings
