The Clinical Team Lead is a Neurotechnologist (NT) designated to assist the Clinical Manager in overseeing a subset of accounts, responsibilities, and NTs. This role is crucial to advancing the organization’s customer service and employee engagement goals. The Team Lead will act as a liaison between the management team and NTs, as well as between key account stakeholders and the Clinical Manager.

This role represents the organization at accounts, ensuring effective communication and service.

• Fulfill all functions of the Neurotechnologist role
• Participate in educating NTs and assisting in training other NTs within the region
• Provide support to NTs both in and out of the operating room
• Collaborate with the management team to communicate new policies and procedures to NTs and relay any NT concerns to management
• Develop and maintain relationships with key account personnel
• Work with the Clinical Manager to ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Implement customer service programs within assigned accounts
• Participate in weekend/PM call rotation
• Assist in maintaining team credentials and identify needs for additional credentialing
• Assign case coverage within the team as needed
• Travel as required
