Practice Manager; Las Vegas

Clay Health & Care is seeking an innovative, results-driven Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our clinics in the Las Vegas area. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership—someone who can motivate staff, ensure operational excellence, and help stabilize and grow our business as we serve our patient population.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the primary care practice, ensuring smooth workflows across clinical, administrative, and concierge services.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including front desk staff, medical assistants, and clinical providers.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance patient experience, staff engagement, and financial performance.
• Monitor and optimize billing, scheduling, and patient flow for both insurance-based and direct primary care patients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, staffing, and growth strategies.
• Introduce innovative tools or processes that improve efficiency, communication, or quality of care.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Available to be in-person at our Las Vegas clinics, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required;
  Master’s preferred.
• 3–5+ years of practice management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience managing a hybrid model of concierge and insurance-based care is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills with a focus on staff development.
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare billing processes.
