As a Clay Guide, you will be an essential part of our team, serving as a point of contact for clients seeking to enhance their health and wellness through our unique offerings. This role is ideal for someone passionate about optimizing health outcomes and whoexcels at creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will involve guiding clients through our range of services and products with warmth and expertise. You will leverage your organizational skills to ensure each client's experience is seamless, from initial consultation to ongoing support. Your friendly demeanor will help build strong, trusting relationships, making clients feel comfortable and motivated as they embark on their wellness paths. You will be responsible for continuing to sell Clay Programs.
Key duties include providing personalized guidance, answering questions about our offerings, and offering insightful recommendations based on individual health goals. You will also be responsible for managing client schedules, client check-in, and check-out, and maintaining accurate records to ensure the highest level of service, support, and access.
Clay Guide Roles and Responsibilities
- Communication:
Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and efficiently. Maintain clear, professional communication with clients via text and other platforms used by Clay Health & Care. - Client Interaction:
Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. Handle complaints effectively to ensure client satisfaction. - Membership Management:
Oversee client memberships and ensure accurate navigation through the Clay Health & Care system. Assist members with any inquiries or issues related to their memberships. - Scheduling:
Monitor and manage client scheduling to optimize appointment times and enhance overall client satisfaction. Ensure that scheduling conflicts are resolved, and appointments are effectively coordinated. - Sales Acumen:
Help clients understand the services and benefits of membership to support their health goals. Responsible for sales targets and converting patients to members. - Experience:
At least three (3) years of experience in a similar client-focused role, ideally within a health or wellness setting. - Customer Service:
Exceptional customer service skills with a strong client-focused approach. - Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using computers, including email, scheduling programs, and medical office software. - Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail. - Client Engagement:
Demonstrated commitment to creating memorable experiences and connecting with clients on a personal level. - Team Collaboration:
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with adaptability. - Creativity:
Willingness to embrace creativity and innovation in your approach to client care and wellness solutions. - Relationship Building:

In-person at our Las Vegas clinic, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
