Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – 1099 Contractor
Location:
Las Vegas, NV 89030 Position Type:
Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation:
Percentage-based pay per session (competitive split)
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Manage and retain an assigned caseload
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and Nevada state licensing requirements
- Active Nevada LCSW license (required)
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Ability to work independently as a contractor
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
- Experience with EHR systems preferred
- Percentage-based compensation (discussed during interview)
- Administrative and billing support
- Referral support to help build your caseload
- Fully independent contractor arrangement (1099)
- Clinically confident and ethical
- Reliable and organized
- Interested in long-term collaboration
- Comfortable working with diverse populations
