Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Care Aide to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical

Start working! There are some requirements you need to fulfill before starting. Having all or some of these is a great plus, including but not limited to:

• PCA basic training
• CPR training
• Elderly Abuse training
• Cultural Competency training
• Physical test (provided by your doctor)
• Tuberculosis test (blood test or X-Ray)
• Background check
• SSN
• Work permit if you are a resident
