Home Health Speech Therapist (SLP) – Clark County, NV

We are seeking a Per Diem Home Health Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide care to our patients in Las Vegas, Clark County.

As a member of our team, you will work alongside highly skilled professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care to patients. You will conduct evaluations, assess home environments, identify equipment needs, administer speech therapy programs, and maintain accurate clinical records.

• Conduct appropriate evaluations and assess the home environment.
• Identify equipment needs related to speech/language function.
• Administer speech therapy programs using specialized techniques and equipment.
• Observe, record, and report patient information to the attending physician, case manager, and in the patient’s health record.
• Maintain accurate and relevant clinical notes in accordance with Lorian policies and procedures.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in speech‑language pathology.
• Licensed SLP in the state in which you practice.
• At least one year of clinical experience in speech‑language pathology.
• Current CPR certification (BLS required).
• Ability to work with adults (18 years and older), demonstrate tact, patience, and be self‑directing with little supervision.

• Pay per visit: $80–$110 per visit, commensurate with experience and type of visit.
• 6 sick days.
• 401(k) with company match.
