Medical Recptionist

We are a specialized allergy and immunology practice dedicated to providing compassionate, expert care to patients of all ages. Our team is committed to helping individuals manage allergies, asthma, and immune conditions with personalized treatment plans and a welcoming environment.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Office Receptionist to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance
• Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health systems
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with other healthcare providers
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a medical office setting required
• Familiarity with allergy/immunology terminology is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
