Per Diem Home Health Speech Therapist (SLP) – Las Vegas

• Master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology.
• Licensed SLP in the state in which you are practicing.
• At least one year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
• Current CPR certification (BLS required).
• Ability to work with adults (18+), demonstrate tact and patience, and be self‑directing with little direct supervision.

• Provide speech program assessment, evaluation, direction, and care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Conduct appropriate evaluations, assess the home environment, and identify equipment needs relative to speech/language function.
• Administer speech therapy programs, observe, record, and report information on the patient's condition.
• Teach other health personnel when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and relevant clinical notes in accordance with Lorian policies.

This position follows a pay‑per‑visit compensation model ranging from $80 to $110 per visit, commensurate with experience and type of visit.
