• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications.
• Handle medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Compassionate demeanor with a patient‑centered approach.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
