$22.00 – $28.00 per hour

We are a team of passionate professionals dedicated to helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities through ABA therapy. Our mission is to help clients reach their full potential.

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies like a boss!
• Collect and record data like a pro!
• Provide support and guidance to our clients and their families with love and care!
• Collaborate with our team of BCBAs and other RBTs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans!
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and interventions like a rockstar!

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations (if applicable)
