OverviewThe Capital Equipment Specialist supports product management and the sales team in maximizing opportunities throughout the life cycle of the products, in line with business plan goals. The Urology division focuses on diagnostic and therapeutic products with an emphasis on stone management, oncology, voiding dysfunction and pelvic health. Product line includes ureteral access sheaths, dilation and occlusion balloon catheters, ureteral and urethral stents, stone extraction devices, biopsy needles and forceps, drainage catheters, lasers and lithotripters.

- Provide technical support, training and updates to customers and internal groups on the designated product line through in‑service training, literature, videos and approved articles.
- Support new product launches, including assistance with the creation of training materials, training programs, presentations and ongoing field support.
- Support Product Development in the field with clinical evaluations and trials, commercial launches, evaluations and prototype testing.
- Support and perform field and market analyses; help identify customer opportunities for key products.
- Support and develop relationships with key clinical and non‑clinical decision‑makers to clinically support product lines.
- May spend up to one week per month at a plant facility.
- Maintain knowledge of SBU product lines, clinical procedures, business ethics and other educational and compliance requirements.
- Handle product returns, samples, consignment stock and other related areas as appropriate.
- Attend meetings and exhibitions outside of normal office hours and on weekends as required.
- Work and interact effectively and professionally with others at all levels of the global organization.

- Possess effective oral and written communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience providing a comparable background.
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English and other required languages.

- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- International and domestic travel as required, up to 75%.
