Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP) is a post-acute, CARF-accredited brain injury rehabilitation center in Las Vegas, NV. We deliver intensive comprehensive rehab services to people with brain injuries and related neurological impairments. We are part of Accessible Space, Inc. NCEP is recognized as a leading brain injury rehabilitation provider in Nevada, offering multidisciplinary care and services to individuals with ABI, TBI, spinal cord injuries, and related conditions.
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech/language and dysphagia services and to set up therapeutic treatment plans for people who have had brain injuries. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive SLP evaluations and therapy, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient goals.
Qualifications- Degree from an accredited program with coursework in Speech and Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for such registration at the time of appointment and thereafter.
- Current, valid SLP license in the State of Nevada, or in the process of obtaining such license (no longer than 2 weeks from license issuance).
- Knowledge of behavioral strategies, community reintegration, and functional assessments.

Funding & CoverageFunding and payment for neuro and cardiac services includes Medicaid, workers’ compensation, private and commercial insurance contracts, private pay agreements, and, where qualified, special grant funding.
