As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implementing and monitoring ABA programs for individuals with autism across varying ages and diagnoses
- Supervising and supporting BTs, RBTs, interns, and mid-level supervisors
- Providing caregiver training and monthly community visits to review progress and program effectiveness
- Collecting, analyzing, and charting data to track client outcomes
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure best clinical outcomes
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and clinical best practices
- Proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively toward clinical and organizational goals
- Ability to pass a background check and provide CPR and immunization documentation
