Speech Language Pathologist; SLP

Overview

AB Staffing is looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for the upcoming 25/26 school year. Speech Language Pathologists needed in the Las Vegas/Henderson area; multiple openings available.

• Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
• Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
• Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
• Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
• Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program.
• National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services.
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
• Experience in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred.

• Openings in Elementary, Middle, and High School.
• Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location.
• Contract through the school year — 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
• Contract follows the academic district calendar.
• Pay: $52-65/hour DOE and location.
