Position Overview:
Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This position will focus on providing specialized pharmaceutical care to patients undergoing bone marrow therapy.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients undergoing bone marrow therapy.
- Monitor patients' response to medications and adjust dosages as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on the proper use and potential side effects of medications.
- Conduct medication reconciliation and ensure appropriate drug therapy is prescribed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and make recommendations for treatment adjustments.
- Stay up‑to‑date on the latest developments in bone marrow therapy and incorporate this knowledge into patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to MOSeropharmaceutical care and patient confidentiality.
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of Nevada.
- Strong knowledge of chemotherapy and other medications commonly used in bone marrow therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other computer systems.
- Commitment to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
