Valantri is seeking highly skilled Medical Operators to serve as embedded medical professionals within Tactical Units, providing immediate emergency medical response while working alongside Tactical Operators in secured residential communities. Medical Operators are responsible for security patrols, threat deterrence, and emergency medical care within 2-man Tactical Response Elements.

Medical Operators are not traditional EMTs—they are integrated members of tactical security teams, combining advanced medical care with situational control, security awareness, and rapid response coordination. Operators must be capable of stabilizing patients, securing scenes, and ensuring seamless coordination with EMS and fire department responders when additional medical support is required.

Additionally, Medical Operators provide backup and tactical support during security emergencies, just as Tactical Operators provide support during medical incidents.

• Security Patrols & Presence Deterrence: Conduct proactive patrols alongside Tactical Operators to deter threats and ensure the safety of secured communities.
• Embedded Tactical Medical Response: Provide rapid and effective emergency medical treatment as a core member of a 2‑man Tactical Response Element.
• Scene Security & Tactical Coordination: Work with Tactical Operators to maintain controlled environments for medical interventions.
• Patient Stabilization & EMS Coordination: Perform on‑scene stabilization and coordinate seamless handoff to EMS and fire department paramedics.
• Surveillance & Threat Awareness: Maintain situational awareness for the safety of patients, first responders, and team members.
• Medical Equipment & Readiness: Maintain operational readiness of trauma kits, medical bags, and emergency equipment.
• Incident Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document patient care, response times, and medical interventions for records and compliance.
• Tactical Medical Training & Drills: Participate in ongoing tactical, medical, and scenario‑based training to maintain operational effectiveness.
• Backup & Tactical Support: Serve as backup to Tactical Operators during security incidents, ensuring team cohesion and readiness.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications:
  • Graduation from The Valantri Academy (mandatory before deployment).
  • State‑certified EMT or Advanced EMT license (required).
  • TECC or TCCC certification (preferred).
• Licenses:
  • Nevada Armed Guard Card & weapons permit (or ability to complete certification).
  • Firearms & less‑lethal certification—must qualify with firearms, tasers, and batons.
• Strong physical fitness—must meet endurance and strength benchmarks.
• Situational awareness and rapid threat assessment.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to pass background checks and mental health evaluations (as required).
  • Must pass pre‑employment and random drug screening.
• Pay Rate: $26.00 – $27.00 per hour (depending on certification level).
